Please note the Cardholder Name/Full name on card field on the payment page.  THIS FIELD SHOULD REALLY BE LABELED: WHO’S GOING TO EAT THIS SANDWICH?  So, just enter the name of the person for whom the sandwich is being ordered, regardless of whether it is the name on the card you are using.
